1. Mechanical separation method:
When the asphalt flue gas contains dust, spray steam or water mist into it to increase the diameter of the flue gas particles, and then separate the gas from the particles in the settling chamber or cyclone dust collector, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the asphalt flue gas. Since the particle size of the dust is too small, even if it is increased by collision with each other, it still cannot reach the suitable particle size of the cyclone dust collection, and the dust collection effect is very poor, so the mechanical separation method is less used.
2. Condensation method:

The condensation method is used in the purification of asphalt flue gas as an auxiliary means, and is a treatment method used in conjunction with other purification methods (such as adsorption, absorption, etc.). The condensation of asphalt flue gas can increase the particle size of mist particles in the flue gas, which is beneficial to the purification of asphalt flue gas.

3. Absorption purification method:
Absorption purification method, commonly known as scrubbing method, is a commonly used industrial waste gas treatment method. It is a method to purify the exhaust gas by using the different solubility of each mixed component in the exhaust gas in the selected absorbent (gasoline, diesel, etc.), or a certain component reacts with the active component in the absorbent.
The absorption purification method is applied to asphalt flue gas treatment, which is to transfer the gaseous pollutants in the flue gas (actually tar fine mist particles of 0.1 to 1.0 um) to the liquid phase (absorbent), so as to purify the flue gas. the goal of. For the treatment of a relatively small amount of asphalt flue gas after dry bag dust removal in an asphalt concrete mixing plant, water as an absorbent is the most economical and effective absorbent. After the fine tar mist particles in the asphalt flue gas are adsorbed by water, they are basically insoluble in water, and will not react to produce a large number of new compounds. 4. Filtration method:
The filtration method is a method that uses porous media to collide with the fine tar mist particles in the asphalt flue gas to adsorb the fine tar mist particles in the flue gas, thereby purifying the asphalt flue gas. In principle, it should be a kind of adsorption method. This flue gas purification method has been applied in the domestic waterproof industry for more than 10 years. It is also the most widely used asphalt flue gas treatment method.
Bag filter is one of the commonly used methods. However, for asphalt flue gas purification, the filter bag needs to be oil-proof, waterproof, heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Although it has high purification efficiency, it cannot filter the smoke and dust below 0.5 microns.
5. Adsorption purification method:
The adsorption purification method is to use porous solids (adsorption filter materials) to accumulate or condense one or more components in the fluid (gas or liquid) mixture on the surface to achieve separation. There are two types of adsorption, physical adsorption and chemical adsorption.
