Spraying: 1) When the surface of the pavement base is dry, quickly spray a small amount of water with a sprinkler one hour before spraying the modified emulsified asphalt to wet the surface of the pavement base. 2) The spraying is carried out by a high-precision intelligent sprayer. Various oil pipelines and nozzles of the machinery are often dredged and cleaned to prevent blockages and always maintain good working performance of the machinery and equipment. 3) Manual spraying or supplementary spraying shall be carried out with a portable sprayer for the road sections or parts where the spraying vehicle cannot work, as well as the leaking parts. 4) The dosage of modified emulsified asphalt for spraying: The modified emulsified asphalt is generally 0.9-1.1kg/m² or according to the design requirements, the aggregate dosage is about 6-8m³/100m². Aggregate spreading is all completed before the demulsification of the modified emulsified asphalt.
Rolling: After the aggregate is spread, it is rolled three times with a tire roller, overlapping 1/3 of the wheel width each time, and the rolling is from both sides to the sides to ensure the effective compaction width. The rolling sequence is from the shoulder side to the middle side.
Maintenance: After the rolling is completed, the traffic can be closed for 7 days and the traffic can be opened.
