Asphalt tank:

1. Asphalt tanks should have good DU insulation performance, and the drop of asphalt temperature every 24h should not exceed 5% of the difference between asphalt temperature and dao ambient temperature.

2. The 500t asphalt tank should have sufficient heating area to ensure that the rated capacity asphalt can continuously supply asphalt above 100℃ after heating for 24h at an ambient temperature of 25℃.

3. The local heating tank (tank-in-tank) must not be deformed significantly after being subjected to external pressure.

Asphalt heating tank:

1. Asphalt high-temperature heating tank should have good thermal insulation performance, the drop of asphalt temperature per hour should not exceed 1% of the difference between asphalt temperature and ambient temperature.

2. Asphalt in the rated capacity heating tank within 50t should be able to be heated from 120°C to above 160°C within 3h, and the heating temperature can be adjusted arbitrarily.

3. The local heating tank (tank-in-tank) must not be deformed significantly after being subjected to external pressure.
